Refunds cover the cost for the product only and do not include shipping charges. The cost of return shipping is not included. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
For voluntarily returned items that are opened or used, there is a 15% restocking fee. Special orders (in excess of $500.00) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.In the unfortunate event that we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will provide a return shipping label.
Any refund for an undamaged package that is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be deducted a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the package both to the customer and return cost.
