Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Pack’em. If it is necessary to send a product back, you must call Pack’em to get a RA number and you pay all freight involved. Products that are received without a RA number and original receipt will be refused. In the case the product needs to be repaired, Pack’em will send you the parts, you pay for shipping. Proof of purchase and photo(s) of defect is required. Photo(s) can be emailed to Pack'em Racks and in subject line put “Pack’em Racks eBay warranty.
